We offer free ground shipping on EU orders €165+. For orders placed outside the EU, shipping options will vary. We generally to process and dispatch all orders within 24 business hours. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 12pm CEST on weekdays will begin processing the following business day. When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.
RETURNS
We want you to love your new purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to help you complete your return. All returns will incur a €7 processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Duties and taxes paid upon purchase are not refundable.
Please note that all exchanges and returns must be unworn and in brand new condition must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

We first found P448 at a boutique in Quebec City and had never heard of or seen them back home in Vermont. My wife purchased a pair and couldn't stop talking about them. I finally grabbed a pair and we both have been very impressed with the quality and comfort. The attention to detail is apparent and makes the purchase worth it. I found another pair new with the original box and love those too. Now my son has a pair picked out that we will order this week.

i really liked this model, is very comfortable when walking. you dont even feel ti have shoes on your feet. the only thing was that when i got them i looked up at your web page and it seems that this reference was discontinued. I wanted to buy another ones in a different color. PLEASE BRING THEM BACK IN STOCK. And in many colors :).
