How to measure

Step 1.
Measure your feet by standing up straight on a hard surface with your heel against the wall. Put a piece of blank paper taped to the floor below your foot and have someone mark the longest part of your foot on the paper (or do it yourself if necessary). This is called "heel-to-toe length".

Step 2.
Repeat with the other foot as left and right sizes might be different.

Step 3.
Use a ruler to measure the heel-to-toe length you have marked on the paper. We recommend 0.5 - 0,7 cm spare room for a comfortable fit.

We offer free ground shipping on EU orders €165+. For orders placed outside the EU, shipping options will vary. We generally to process and dispatch all orders within 24 business hours. When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.

RETURNS
We want you to love your new purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to help you complete your return. All returns will incur a €7 processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Duties and taxes paid upon purchase are not refundable.
