We offer free ground shipping on EU orders €165+. For orders placed outside the EU, shipping options will vary. We generally to process and dispatch all orders within 24 business hours. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 12pm CEST on weekdays will begin processing the following business day. When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.
RETURNS
We want you to love your new purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to help you complete your return. All returns will incur a €7 processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Duties and taxes paid upon purchase are not refundable.
Please note that all exchanges and returns must be unworn and in brand new condition must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
